Hunky, serious actor was shot by the paps the other day dragging on a ciggie after getting off a plane. But his wife doesn’t know.
So he asked them, pleaded with them – please, can we try it again? Let me just finish, then I’ll go back to where started, and I’ll walk back this way again, and you can reshoot these photos without me smoking? Otherwise the Mrs will kill me.
This is blind for obvious reasons. Don’t want to put him in the sh-thouse when he gets home but also a great example of how they work with them, the paparazzi, they all work with them every day. They negotiate, they choreograph, they rehearse, and they reshoot. It’s part of the job. Don’t believe them when they complain.

http://www.laineygossip.com/Tim_McGraw_drops_out_of_ACM_Awards_due_to_stage_design.aspx
Last night at the Academy of Country Music Awards, Tim McGraw was scheduled to perform but bailed at the 11th hour over what was called by his publicists a “major disagreement” with the show’s producers. Ew.com is reporting that Tim was unhappy with his stage design.
What?!!???
Are you a fussy bitch?
Or…
Are you too cranked up on your own ego, among other things?
Fortunately this disagreement did not turn violent. Not exactly a sexy beast move to pitch a diva fit over something as innocuous as what the backdrop might look like during your performance, but then again, some things don’t always make you happy.

Fresh from rehab, straight to holiday!
Nice reward. Especially when there's no day job. What is her day job? Well, the Osbournes have just kicked off a new reality/variety show. That counts?
It's the constant scrutiny that must have contributed to it – messing up their kids, sending them in and out of recovery. But the family is right back in the spotlight. Financial pressures, no doubt, had something to do with it.
But I like Kelly Osbourne. She's a crazy b-tch. And she's in love, engaged, and frolicking on vacation with 19 year old fiance Luke, a model also with no discernible day job.
Oh the life.
Here they are in Miami - on jetskis, lounging, making out, pale pale pale. Better pale that pruned and burned. And I like her body. It's a good example this body. That boys like curvy girls just as much, if not more, than all boobs and boned girls.
Wanna hang like Kelly…minus the rehab?
Royale is giving away a home renovation and spa vacation valued at $20,000 that includes a $13,000 upgrade for your place and then a $7,000 spa vacation to the Bahamas to celebrate your improvements. To enter or for details, click here. Good luck!

PS. Coldplay isn’t banned. Also not Simple Plan. They are the sweetest. Quick Simple Plan story – one of our friends had the roughest Juno Sunday. Horrible. She loves Simple Plan. So Michelle, Laura, and I, at one of the label parties on Sunday night, we saw the band, and since I had interviewed them on the red carpet, we asked them if they could call her to say hi, cheer her up. No problem. Jeff takes the cell phone into the washroom for, several minutes he’s missing, and by the time we talked to her again, she’s giggling, she’s dying, and she said he kept telling her to “come to the party”. Adorable. I love them.

Award winning band hard partying with friends last Friday at an upscale hotel. Furniture trashed, a chair thrown across the room, glass was broken everywhere, the place was a mess – like wrecked! – and hotel guests on other floors complained and complained…
Mostly it’s the lead singer. He was also seen in the lobby bar trying to ride up on some skanky broad. Problem: his woman walked in on the action resulting in a nuclear scrap. She stormed out and he was overheard yelling at her on his cellphone later on: You f-cking bitch! You are a f-cking c**t!
Hotel management has now banned the band from coming back. Upon being told of the news, the lead singer’s response was:
Do you know who you’re dealing with? You are going to regret this. You are going to regret f-cking with me.
A rocker trashing a hotel room…it’s a bit cliché but whatever, not exactly super damaging. Probably works in his favour, if anything. What’s objectionable is pulling out That Line. That Line is the worst.
Do you know who I am?
Oh and he’s a f-cking pig too. Probably because he can’t believe he’s made it this far – all this money, all this success. Seriously, neither can anyone else.

http://www.laineygossip.com/John_Mayer_posts_on_Twitter_about_his_failed_relationship_with_Jennifer_Aniston.aspx
John Mayer keep quiet aboutthe end of his contractual obligations his bust up with Jennifer Aniston? Please. He would never be so cruel. He could never be so self controlled.
Remember, his gift is his song. His gift is the word. Because he’s so great with the word, right? Who keeps telling him he’s so great with the word???
Putting experience into music is one thing. But it takes time to record a song. And release it. And this douchebag needs instant gratification. Which is why the internets suit him so well. Especially Twitter.
Yes y’all. John Mayer is using Twitter to tell us about the split. Of course he is. And of course, to borrow from skinny Ben Stiller, what he wrote is all clever-clever in the land of clever-clever land. A riddle, if you will, meant to tell us nothing or, if you’re deep enough to understand, everything.
Ernest Hemingway once claimed he could write a great story in six words or less… I’m certainly not the first person to pass the plate around on this, but Twitter seems like an excellent place to try it. My six word story: This heart didn’t come with instructions.
See? He just can’t help himself. He can’t do it. He can’t. He will tell you he’s an artist. That it’s all about expression. The truth is, when it comes to John Mayer, it’s actually all about fame and whoring. And douchebaggery. And maybe a little bit of Megan Fox. Not just Megan Fox, but what Megan Fox stands for.
He likes it dirty and urinated on and able to f-ck without worrying about the hair.
So the question is (suggested by my friend Ashley P in London): how long is Stephen Huvane’s call list right now? And who do you think is on it?
Ashley says Gerard Butler. I agree. Who else? Who else needs to agree to a fauxmance?

They’ve been married a while now, he’s still desperately in love with her, and has been patiently waiting to have children…only she hasn’t been healthy enough to get pregnant. Because she loves heroin.
Last summer it was a last chance, he took her on extended holiday, cleaned her up, a new positive attitude, kept her busy working on a new project through the fall, away from her regular enablers, and it totally worked out. She was in a good creative space. She was able to fight the temptation.
But as an actor, the work ends eventually and if there’s nothing new to do, there’s really nothing else to do. Bored and idle, the old demons have come back. One day last month he came home from a long overnight and couldn’t find her. The dealer called a few hours later telling him to pick her up, she was so out of it even he had to cut her off and she had started harassing his other clients.
All the emotional wear and tear, it’s beginning to show on him physically too. But he’s working more than she is and can’t get away for several weeks so he’s hired a babysitter to watch her night and day. Babysitter. She resents him for it of course so the fights are getting worse … and the one benefitting from all of this is a slag bitch colleague who’s been waiting for her chance for a long, long time.
